Hi, I'm Kass!
I have been in the beauty industry for 16 years. I started out as a cosmetician and freelance makeup artist, working within SSM and Ottawa, Ontatio. In 2010, I was given an opportunity to take a Lash Extension course, and I absolutely loved it! Later, I received my master makeup artistry & Special FX diploma and international license. During Covid, I decided to enroll in different courses from various artists in the industry to learn new techniques and enhance my knowledge. I practiced on anyone I could get my hands on!
Once the restrictions started lifting, I took lashing more seriously and started accepting clients after work or on my days off. This is when Lash Alley Beauty was born! I started to realize I might be able to go somewhere with this! I knew I was on the right path when I received an overwhelming positive response from my clients. I had achieved making an impact in these women's lives that helped make them feel beautiful and empowered. I knew this is what I was meant to do!
So I opened up @lashalleybeauty full-time in December 2020! And I haven't looked back!
In March 2024, LAB was able to expand out of the tiny home studio I had come to love to a storefront in the heart of Sault Ste. Marie! I’ve since renovated the storefront to a little salon where I am able to continue to service all my amazing clients, to teaching and training other lash-entrepreneurs!
